People struggle with Monday mornings – they signal the end of the weekend and a return to the “grind” of the workweek.

I usually work weekends, so Monday doesn’t wield the same dark power over me as it does for many others.

Just the same, mornings like the one I had today – featuring sunshine through the window, great jazz, and a work in progress – are a unique and beautiful way to start the day.
